lOCATION |
|
The studios are located on the south west side of the island, in Ponti settlement, near Vassiliki village. You can enjoy there the marvellous view of Vassiliki's bay and of the Ionian Sea in general.
|
Ponti is only 38km away from the town of Lefkada and approximately 55km away from the airport of Aktio. The village of Vassiliki is 1km away and there are all kinds of shops, such as traditional art shops, travel agencies, traditional greek taverns and night clubs. There is also a harbour which connects Lefkada island with other islands of Ionian Sea. |
The main road is close to the studios and besides that there are also two bus stops, 30m and 50m away, respectively. During July and August there is a bus service almost every three hours. |
The studios are 30m away from the seacoast and only 100m from the sandy beach, whose shallow waters are ideal for children. Furthermore, this beach is one of the best destinations in the world as far as wind - surfing is concerned. |

First Floor...
Studios 1 - 6
|
These rooms include one twin and one single bed, kitchenette, en-suite shower / wc. Three persons can be accommodated there and a child in an extra strong wooden bed. All of them are eastern rooms with separate balconies and a wonderful view to the Ionian Sea. |
Second
floor...
Studios 7 - 12 |
These rooms consist of two single beds or a double bed, as well as of an extra wooden bed for an extra person. They have a better view to Vassiliki's bay and they are also eastern and at the rear part there is a patio for each room. |
Third
floor...
Studios 13 - 18 |
There are two single beds in combination with an extra wooden bed. From their balcony the view is really incredible and you can see even the islands of Cephalonia and Ithaca as well. |
Studios 19 - 20
|
These are the lately built studios of the whole complex. They consist of three single beds, the two of them make a twin bed. If necessary there can be placed an extra wooden bed. They can accommodate 4 persons. They have fully equipped bathrooms with bath tubes and yards big enough, which allow children to enjoy their time. |

iNTERIORS |
|
The studios are light and airy and most have a beautiful view to the sea. Furnishings and decor inside the studios are modern (renewed in 2006), of good quality and they combine the convenience with the natural surrounding. All studios consist of comfortable twin or single beds with bedside tables and separate lights for each person.
|
Each studio contains a wardrobe, fully equipped kitchenettes and lunch table and chairs outside, on the balcony. Floors are all marble and the windows are fitted with wooden shutters to keep the heat out and the sun out. Includes are also ensuited baths, which are fully tiled and fitted with a shower, basin and wc (studios numbers19 and 20 have bath tubes). |

Every kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, stove with two cooking rings, sink, plenty of cupboard space, extractor fans and all utensils are provided free of charge. |
eXTERIORS |
|
All studios have balconies and patios at both exterior sides of the building, with a great view to the sea and most importantly a view to the excellent part of Vassiliki, that people from all over the world come to see, for its wind-surfing and the view, which is spectacular. |
All studios are equipped with a table and chairs for dinning outwards while watching the night sight of Vassiliki's village seaport. |
sWIMMING
AND OTHER wATER SPORT ACTIVITIES |
There are many minor and major sandy beaches in the local area. Apart from Ponti beach, where water sports are offered, such as wind-surfing, water ski, banana, ringo etc. |
There about 5 beaches within 1km distance of Vassiliki village and a few are within walking distance. In addition, there are the popular beaches of Porto Katsiki, Katisma and Egremni which are 30 min, 40min and 45min away from the Studios Sofia complex. |
